—   Frequently Asked Questions   — Questions, Answered.

How long will my order take?
All candles are hand poured to order. Please allow 3 weeks for production and delivery — this covers vessel curing, wax pouring, and careful packing. Some in-stock pieces may ship sooner; this is the exception, not the rule.

Are your vessels really cement?
Yes. Every vessel is hand-cast in our studio using cement, not resin or plastic. Small variations in texture and finish are part of the handmade character — no two are exactly alike.

Can I choose any scent for any candle?
In most cases, yes. Each listing shows the scents available for that piece. A few scents are reserved for specific collections — these will be noted on the product page.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we currently ship within the United States only.

How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼" before each burn, and burn in a well-ventilated space away from drafts. Cement vessels retain heat, so allow the vessel to cool completely before handling.

How should I burn my candle safely?
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from anything that can catch flame, and out of reach of children and pets. When roughly half an inch of wax remains, let the flame rest — its work is done.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
Every vessel is cast and shipped with care, but cement is not immune to a rough journey. If your piece arrives cracked or broken, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

Are your candles safe for sensitive noses?
Our fragrances are formulated within industry safety standards, but scent is a personal thing. If you're sensitive to fragrance, we recommend starting with a smaller piece before committing to a favorite.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Each candle is poured to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once a piece has been made — outside of damage in transit, covered above.
